The Sludge Carbonization Circular Economy Project in Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone is a core demonstration project constructed and operated by Hunan Dingjiu Energy & Environment Technology Co., Ltd., using its proprietary organic solid waste anoxic pyrolysis carbonization technology. Located in Changsha City, Hunan Province, the project adopts a BOT franchise model with a total processing capacity of 120 tons per day, aiming to solve the challenges of municipal sludge treatment in an environmentally friendly and efficient manner, while exploring new path for resource recycling. The project is constructed in two phases: Phase I was successfully put into operation in July 2018, and Phase II was commissioned in June 2022, marking the mature application of this technology in the large-scale municipal sludge treatment field.
