About Dingjiu

The core technology R&D program was officially launched. Drawing on advanced international experience in pyrolysis and carbonization, the team started on a path of independent innovation tailored to the characteristics of domestic organic solid waste, laying a solid foundation for the later birth of the integrated continuous sludge drying and carbonization technology.

Hunan Dingjiu Energy and Environment Technology Co., Ltd. was officially registered and established in Changsha. Bringing together industry elites, the company completed its initial strategic layout of core patent technologies, committed to bringing laboratory achievements to market application.

The first commercial project - the sludge carbonization project in Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone - was successfully put into operation, validating the advancement and reliability of the technology. In the same year, the company completed its conversion into a joint-stock company and was listed on the Hunan Equity Exchange (stock code: 800106HN).

The company successfully introduced the state-owned Haiyun Environmental Protection (a subsidiary of Yunnan Water) as its controlling shareholder, becoming a state-controlled enterprise and entering a new stage of development. In the same year, it began to participate in the compilation of national and local industry standards for sludge carbonization.

The integrated continuous sludge carbonization technology has been successively included in national and provincial advanced technology catalogs. Multiple large-scale projects (such as the Yiliang waste carbonization project and the Changsha urban sludge carbonization project) have been completed or begun construction, with the business territory continuously expanding and brand influence steadily growing.
