Dingjiu Environment: Steady and Sure, a Sensational Debut

With the official sounding of the horn for sludge treatment marked by the "Water Ten Plan," China's sludge treatment has entered a new era of rapid development. With further improvement of relevant policies and increasing industry concentration, Hunan Dingjiu Energy & Environment Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dingjiu Environment") emerged as the times required, officially established in 2016. After a year of steady progress, it has become a force to be reckoned with in China's environmental protection industry.

      As an environmental enterprise specializing in the R&D of sludge treatment and disposal technologies, equipment manufacturing, and provision of systematic technical services, Dingjiu Environment had already started building a "steel army" of entrepreneurs with rich industry experience, high overall quality, and strong innovation spirit before its registration. Over the years, it has developed the integrated sludge continuous carbonization technology and the DJ modular combined system equipment. Once this technology was introduced, it successfully broke through the industry's long-standing bottleneck, truly realizing the harmless, reduced, stabilized, and resourceful treatment of sludge.

Dingjiu Environment holds fully independent intellectual property rights for the integrated sludge continuous carbonization technology, filling a gap in the domestic sludge treatment and disposal industry. It has successfully applied for 20 national invention patents and related PCT international patents, attracting high attention from all parties.

In March, the project “Preparation of Biochar-based High-efficiency Composite Conditioner and Its Application in Remediation of Heavy Metal Contaminated Soil” was approved as a key science and technology project of Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Department in 2016.

In April, construction of a demonstration project began at a wastewater treatment plant under Beijing Enterprises Water Group, and in June the industrial test was started.

With the steady development of the company, we began to look for suitable office and production facilities in August. By a stroke of luck, and also attracted by Sany's strong manufacturing capability and its brand, Dingjiu Environment settled in Sany's Innovation Incubator. Shang Yong, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), Xiang Lili, Vice Governor of Hunan Province, and Zhang Yingchun, Vice Mayor of Changsha, visited Sany's Innovation Park and specifically listened to the report by General Manager Jiang Liangjun, highly commending the company's integrated sludge carbonization technology for its positive role in environmental governance.

On September 25, Dingjiu Environment participated in the 2016 (8th) E20 Shanghai Water Industry Hot Topics Forum - New Supply Upgrade Conference for the Sludge Industry. The company's integrated sludge continuous carbonization technology received unanimous praise from the attending experts and scholars.

At the 2016 China (Zhejiang) International Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Industry Expo held at Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center from October 13 to 15, Dingjiu Environment officially made its debut in the international market.

On December 1, Dingjiu Environment participated in the project roadshow of the 7th Sanxianghui, attracting the attention of many investment companies and causing concern in the capital market.

All that glitters is gold. At the 8th Sanxianghui at the end of the year, Dingjiu Environment won the "Sany iCreate Top Ten Demonstration Enterprises of the Year" award.

Currently, our country's economic development has entered the new period of the 13th Five-Year Plan.
