    As an environmental enterprise specializing in sludge treatment and disposal technology R&D, related equipment manufacturing, and providing systematic technical services, Dingjiu Environment has successfully built a seasoned 'iron army' of R&D, production, and management with high overall quality and strong innovation spirit. Over decades, it has developed the Integrated Sludge Continuous Carbonization Technology and DJ Modular Combined System Equipment.
  
  According to Ms. Wang Yajie, Dingjiu Environment holds complete independent intellectual property rights for the Integrated Sludge Continuous Carbonization Technology, filling a gap in the domestic sludge treatment and disposal industry.   Compared with sludge treatment technologies such as anaerobic digestion, incineration for power generation, and building material utilization, the Integrated Sludge Continuous Carbonization Technology has unique advantages and can be fully accepted by disposal terminals, effectively turning sludge into treasure. In the interview, Ms. Wang Yajie also stated that the Integrated Sludge Continuous Carbonization Technology and DJ Modular Combined System Equipment have seven major characteristics and advantages:
  
  (1) Sludge undergoes drying and dry distillation carbonization in a sealed equipment, which is environmentally friendly and causes no pollution. (2) After carbonization, the physical and chemical characteristics of sludge completely disappear, replaced by pollution-free, usable carbon substances, thoroughly eliminating the existence of sludge. (3) During the sludge carbonization process, the heat generated by the sludge and biomass materials themselves is used for heating and evaporation, essentially consuming no external energy, saving a large amount of energy. Moreover, a large amount of thermal energy is output during the condensation process, thereby reducing total operating costs and also enabling recovery of thermal energy for benefits. (4) The biochar produced as a byproduct during sludge carbonization can be used as a soil remediation material, able to restore soil ecological functions (similar to the ecological functions of Northeast black soil) and reduce heavy metal content in crops (can reduce cadmium content in crops by 30-60%); it can also be used as a supplementary material for steel plants, replacing energy-intensive supplementary materials. (5) The DJ Modular Combined System Equipment integrates sludge drying and carbonization modules, is highly integrated and simplified, adopts PLC parameter control, and is simple to operate; (6) The DJ Modular Combined System Equipment can directly handle sludge with moisture content of 50-80%, showing strong adaptability; (7) Through permanent carbon sequestration and biomass energy utilization, negative carbon emissions are achieved, increasing carbon sinks significantly. At a scale of 100 tons/day, it can reduce carbon emissions by approximately 36,000 tons per year.

  "Dai Xiaohu, Dean of the College of Environmental Science and Engineering of Tongji University, stated that China's annual sludge output is currently 30-40 million tons, and the existing treatment level and technology in the sludge disposal industry are far from meeting current treatment needs. The integrated continuous sludge carbonization technology truly achieves harmless, volume-reducing, stabilizing, and resourceful sludge treatment. The recovered carbon has diverse uses, including heavy metal soil remediation and improvement, insulation materials for steel plants, and carbon-based fertilizers for landscaping and greening, truly realizing resource recycling." Ms. Wang Yajie said.
