The Completion Environmental Protection Acceptance Meeting for the Sludge Resource Recycling Project of the Changsha Economic Development Zone Chengbei Wastewater Treatment Plant Was Successfully Held

On November 29, 2018, Hunan Dingjiu Energy & Environment Technology Co., Ltd. organized and held the completion acceptance meeting for environmental protection of the "Sludge Resource Recycling and Utilization Project of Changsha Economic Development Zone Chengbei Wastewater Treatment Plant". Experts including Li Mao from the Environmental Assessment Office of the Provincial Meteorological Bureau, Peng Baiyang from the Provincial International Engineering Consulting Center, and Li Haizhou from Central China Mining Company formed an expert review panel and attended the acceptance meeting to conduct environmental protection acceptance of the project.

Based on the "Environmental Protection Acceptance Monitoring Report for the Completion of the Sludge Resource Recycling and Utilization Project of Changsha Economic Development Zone Chengbei Wastewater Treatment Plant" compiled by Hunan Runmei Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., and in accordance with the "Interim Measures for the Environmental Protection Acceptance of Completed Construction Projects", the expert panel strictly followed national laws and regulations, the technical guidelines for environmental protection acceptance of completed construction projects, the environmental impact assessment report of this project, and the approval requirements of the approving authority. They conducted in-depth exchanges, analysis, and acceptance on the basic construction situation, project changes, construction of environmental protection facilities (including wastewater, waste gas, noise, solid waste, etc.), the commissioning effect of environmental protection facilities, and the impact of the project on the environment.

The acceptance group approved the acceptance of the project, which had fulfilled the environmental protection procedures as required by policies. During the acceptance monitoring period, the waste gas, wastewater, and noise emitted by the project met the national standards and limits under normal operation of environmental protection treatment facilities, solid waste was properly disposed, and the requirements of the environmental impact assessment approval were basically implemented. The overall construction of the project met the conditions for completion environmental protection acceptance, and the project passed the completion environmental protection acceptance. The acceptance group also gave valuable suggestions on the later maintenance, servicing, and repair of project facilities and equipment, as well as strengthening project management and other follow-up environmental protection work.
