On April 16, the "Enterprise Cloud and Platform" docking and promotion conference for small and medium-sized enterprises in Hunan Province, organized by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hunan Province, was held as scheduled in Changsha, Hunan. In the dehydration and carbonization stages of Hunan Dingjiu's integrated sludge continuous carbonization system, from sludge feeding, filter press dehydration, drying of integrated sludge continuous carbonization equipment, carbonization and other process stages, diverse automatic control means can be achieved by setting different parameters. The project operation adopts fully automated management and control of equipment operation. Through IoT and internet technologies, relevant data collection of the equipment is realized, enabling remote location, working condition, fault and other data monitoring of the equipment, as well as remote command issuance and other functions. Project managers can grasp the actual situation of the project site from the cloud platform at the first time, timely supervise the operation status of the equipment, make scientific decisions, and guide on-site operation and maintenance personnel to complete various tasks. This is both timely and efficient, greatly improving the remote operation and maintenance capability of the equipment, reducing operation and energy costs, and enhancing end customer satisfaction.
